
Eric FriedlandChairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, FounderMr. Friedland has over 25 years of exploration and development experience in mining as well as mining finance and was the founder of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. Mr. Friedland was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Peregrine Metals Ltd., a public copper exploration company which he founded, developed and sold to Stillwater Mining Company in July, 2011 for US$487 million. Mr. Friedland was the President and Director of Fairbanks Gold Ltd. and played a primary role in the creation, development and financing of the Fort Knox gold discovery in Alaska, now a major gold mine owned by Kinross Gold Corporation, and the subsequent sale of Fairbanks Gold and partners to Amax Gold Corp. for $86 million in 1992. He was formerly CEO and Director of Carson Gold Corp., which explored and developed gold mining assets in Venezuela, and which, as DiamondWorks Ltd., developed two producing diamond mines in Angola as well as the re-opening of the Koidu Diamond Mine in Sierra Leone. Mr. Friedland was also a Director of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. from Ivanhoe's inception to its major Oyu Tolgoi copper gold discovery in Mongolia, currently under construction and slated to be one of the world's largest copper-gold mines. Mr. Friedland has a B.Sc. degree in Geophysics with a minor in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines. |

Brooke ClementsPresidentMr. Clements joined Peregrine as President in 2007 and brings 30 years of diamond exploration and kimberlite evaluation experience. As Vice President, Exploration for Ashton Mining of Canada Inc., he led the exploration team that discovered the diamondiferous Renard kimberlite cluster in Quebec in 2001 and the subsequent initiation of a pre-feasibility evaluation of four of the kimberlites. The pre-feasibility program included the collection of a 10,000-tonne bulk sample, development of an underground mine and the construction and commissioning of a 10-tonne per hour dense media separation plant. Prior to joining Ashton in 1998, Mr. Clements worked for Exmin Corporation from 1982-1997 where his last position was Regional Manager. As Regional Manager he was responsible for directing diamond exploration programs throughout the United States. Exmin was a subsidiary of Sibeka/Union Miniere, a Belgian company that operated the MIBA Diamond Mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Mr. Clements earned a M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona and a B.Sc. in Geology from Indiana University and has Professional Geologist registrations in Canada and the United States. |

Rod DaveyChief Operating OfficerRod Davey has a B.S. Mining Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a M.S. Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Davey was President of Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing the pre-construction of Canada's second diamond mine including all feasibility engineering, environmental issues and government and community affairs. Mr. Davey began his career with Kennecott Corp. in 1964 and has held many senior positions with that company and its subsidiaries including Senior Vice President of Development for Diavik, Vice President and General Manager of Utah Copper Corporation., and Manager of Utah Copper Corporation's Bingham Canyon Mine. Mr. Davey is a member of the SME, President of the Utah Mining Association and past Member of the Board of the Canadian Mining Association. He has numerous engineering publications to his credit. |

Greg ShentonChief Financial OfficerMr. Shenton is a Certified General Accountant and has worked with the Ivanhoe Group of companies from November, 1989 until joining Peregrine. During this time he served as Chief Financial Officer for three Ivanhoe Group companies including Ivanhoe Nickel & Platinum Ltd., Jinshan Gold Mines Inc. and Asia Gold Corp. Mr. Shenton also held the position of Controller with Diamond Fields Resources Ltd., DiamondWorks Ltd. and Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. |

Tom PeregoodoffExecutive Vice President, Business DevelopmentMr. Peregoodoff has over 25 years of mining and petroleum industry experience, including 18 years with BHP Billiton. Since 2008 he was Vice President, Early Stage Exploration and was accountable for global early-stage exploration activities across all commodities. He was a member of the Minerals Exploration Executive Committee that set long term strategy and direction for BHP Billiton's Mineral Exploration division. Prior to this he held several senior roles in BHP Billiton's exploration division in commercial, operational and technical capacities, including Commercial Manager, Diamonds. He was a Director of a number of BHP Billiton owned entities and has extensive global exploration, operations and business development experience. Mr. Peregoodoff holds a BSc. in Geophysics from the University of Calgary. |

Jennifer PellChief GeoscientistDr. Pell has a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from the University of Ottawa and a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Calgary and has over 20 years experience in kimberlite research and diamond exploration. Dr. Pell held various positions in government, private industry and universities, including completing post-doctoral research on kimberlites and related rocks at the University of British Columbia. She was employed by the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development in Yellowknife, NWT, from 1992 to 1997 as a district geologist in charge of monitoring developments in exploration for diamond deposits in the Slave province and Arctic Islands and doing research on these deposits, where she was responsible for one kimberlite discovery on Somerset Island. From 1997 until 2002, she ran diamond exploration projects in Brazil, Tanzania and West Africa where she was responsible for the discovery of a number of diamondiferous kimberlites, one of which warranted bulk sampling. Prior to its merger with Peregrine, Dr. Pell was employed as Vice President, Exploration for Dunsmuir Ventures Ltd., who explored for diamonds in Manitoba, NWT and Nunavut. |

Alan O'ConnorChidliak Project ManagerMr. O'Connor has over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry including 14 years of diamond exploration with Peregrine, Ashton Mining of Canada Inc. and Stornoway Diamond Corporation. He is currently the Chidliak Project Manager where he is responsible for planning and implementing the company's work programs. Prior to joining Peregine in 2011, Mr. O'Connor held the position of Project Manager at Stornoway Diamond Corporation where he was responsible for exploration and resource level drilling of the Renard kimberlite cluster. From 2001 to 2007 he worked for Ashton Mining of Canada with his last postion there being Project Manager. At Ashton he was a member of the team that discovered the Renard kimberlite depostis and was involved with the comapny's early stage exploration programs throughout Canada. Between 1985 and 2001, Mr. O'Connor worked for several junior companies as a Geologist and was involved with gold and base metal exploration in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Argentina and Venezuela and diamond exploration in the Northwest Territories and Alberta. Mr. O'Connor received a B. Sc. in Geology in 1985 from the University of Western Ontario and is a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC. |

Cathy FitzgeraldProject Geologist - Resource DefinitionMs. Fitzgerald joined Peregrine in 2011 and is primarily responsible for developing the geology and 3D models of the Chidliak kimberlites. From 2007 to 2011 she was a Project Geologist at Stornoway Diamond Corporation where she was responsible for in-depth geological interpretation and 3D modeling of the Renard kimberlites in Quebec. She also participated in the underground bulk sampling and resource level drilling programs. From 2004 to 2007 she was a Mineralogist for Ashton Mining of Canada Inc. Ms. Fitzgerald received an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Victoria in 2004 and a B.Sc. in Geology from Carleton University in 2001. |

Grant LockhartSenior Consultant, GeophysicsGrant Lockhart brings 23 years of exploration experience including 18 years devoted to diamonds, and a proven track record of discovery and project management. Grant holds a B.Sc. in Geophysics and a B.A.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He began his exploration career in 1987 as a contract geophysicist exploring for precious and base metals throughout North America. From 1992 to 2004, Mr. Lockhart was a Senior Project Geophysicist with BHP Billiton on the exploration team that has been credited for the discovery and development of the EKATI Diamond Mine. Mr. Lockhart joined Indicator Minerals in 2005 as a technical consultant, was elected to the board of directors, and shared in the kimberlite discoveries on the Darby and Nanuq North projects. Since 2008, has been an independent consultant. Mr. Lockhart joined Peregrine's exploration team in 2011. In his role as Senior Consultant, he helps to develop and implement Peregrine's exploration programs in northern Canada, including Chidliak. |

David WillisLand AdministratorMr. Willis joined Peregrine in 2010 and has 13 years of experience in Canadian diamond exploration. From 1997 to 2007 he worked for Ashton Mining of Canada Inc. where he was land administrator and part of the exploration team that discovered the Buffalo Head Hills in Alberta and Renard Kimberlites in Quebec. Following Ashton, he worked for Diamondex Resources Ltd. as Project Manager for the Buffalo Head Hills project where he led the team that completed intensive delineation drilling of the K6 and K14 kimberlites. Throughout his career he has been involved in developing and implementing programs ranging from grassroots exploration to delineation drilling and bulk sampling. Mr. Willis also has a strong interest in community relations. Mr. Willis holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Anthropology and Native Studies from the University of Alberta, a Mineral Engineering Diploma from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Gemology from the Canadian Gemological Association. |
